Our Story
Top Tier Graphics Inc. was founded in 2012 with a vision, a strong work ethic, and a passion for quality. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Kalan returned home to Gainesville, Florida, and launched the business in a small space next to his parents’ embroidery shop, a company they had proudly run since 1990. With deep family roots and big goals, he got to work.
What began as a one-man operation quickly grew. As demand increased, so did the need for space, equipment, and a talented team. By 2019, Kalan had acquired his parents’ embroidery business, bringing everything under one roof. That same year, his wife Kristy officially joined the team, continuing the tradition of a family-owned company built on trust, dedication, and care.
In 2020, Top Tier moved into a custom-built, 10,000-square-foot facility, a major milestone that allowed the business to expand its capabilities and better serve a growing client base. Today, the company is home to 18 employees and continues to evolve with a focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Top Tier specializes in screen printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise, working with businesses of all sizes, but especially those in the trades and blue-collar industries who take pride in their work and their teams. We aim to be more than a vendor. We strive to be a reliable, knowledgeable partner our clients can count on, built by real people who care about the details.
